Ms. Amanda Sparks is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Ms. Sparks has over 30 years of resources-related financial experience, both with explorers and producers. Amanda will bring a range of important skills to a Board either as a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary, and/or Chief Financial Officer with her extensive experience in financial management, strategic, corporate as well as governance, and compliance for listed companies.
